- the National Certificate in Employment Skills (Level 1)
- a Comprehensive First Aid Certificate

PROGRAMME OUTLINE
The Adventures in Learning programme is an NZQA approved 60 credit qualification with:
- lots of practical, hands-on life skills including work experience
- no big exams, just assessment when you’re ready
- experienced tutors who make learning fun and enjoyable
- gain confidence while learning at your own pace
- you will be working in a group with people your own age
- outdoor recreation activities and sports
- activities that allow you to learn at your own pace
HOW LONG IS THE COURSE?
This is a 39 week, full time course running from
31 January - 9 December 2011

- aged 16 - 17 years
- a high level of motivation ( you tell us why you want to do the course)
- an interest in getting employment
