COURSE INFORMATION
Advanced training for the diverse roles required in the workplace, including information processing, clerical and secretarial administration.
Students will also gain training in communication and personal presentation skills, and customer care, in a warm, friendly, supportive environment.

PROGRAMME OUTLINE
The programme is a combination of theory and practical sessions, class trips, and guest speakers, and work experience in businesses.

This course is 39 weeks, 5 days a week, 9.00 am to 3.30 pm

WHERE TO FROM HERE?
On successful completion of the course you will be qualified to seek employment in a variety of administration roles such as receptionist, customer service, secretary, office manager or personal assistant within a wide range of businesses, or you will be supported to achieve a career pathway to a higher level of study.
QUALIFICATIONS
On successful completion of the course, students will receive
