Who are We?
HLC is a Lower North Island-based, NZQA accredited, private training establishment (PTE) offering a wide spectrum of education and employment programmes to prepare people for the modern workplace.
Working within our mission statement; 'to provide quality programmes leading to higher learning and employment.' We offer learners the opportunity to build their confidence and credentials for employment and further study, enabling the development of practical employment skills while building a record of learning achievement through NZ certificate qualifications.
Our various campuses are situated in Levin, Paraparaumu and Palmerston North.

Life to the Max is a Youth Services team, made up of Youth Coaches and Social Worker who support young people to realise their full potential and help create opportunities for their futures.
